Instructions
1 Slowly add 210ml of cold water to 150g of Bunga Raya Tempura All Purpose Seasoned Frying Premix and mix well.
2 Pre-heat the oil until 180°C or hot enough for frying. Pour some tempura batter into the oil first and stir it around to create tempura flakes.
3 At the same time, quickly dip the ingredients (e.g. prawns - use skewers to keep the prawns straight) into the batter.
4 Fry the ingredients while wrapping the tempura flakes around them until cooked or until golden brown.
  
Storage
Store in a cool and dry place.
