Preparation and Usage
Preparation: 1 kg of chicken meat, 4 heads of garlic (140g), 2 spoons of light soy sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper powder, 8 bowls of water (1.6L) and 2 sachets of A1 Chicken Soup Spices (35g). Reduce half of the ingredients if only 0.5 kg of meat is used.

Cooking Instructions:
1) Rinse chicken meat.
2) Pour 8 bowls of water (1.6L) to boil, then put in chicken meat, ingredients and 2 sachets of A1 Chicken Soup Spices. Use medium temperature to cook for 20 minutes.
3) Add pepper powder before serving.
4) It tastes better if cook with slow cooker for 5 to 6 hours.
Keep in cool and dry place.
