Preparation and Usage

Preparation:
1) Prepare 1 chicken (approx. 1 kg), 1 packet of A1 Emperor Herbs Chicken Spices, aluminium foil & HDPE wrapper (provided).
2) Clean chicken and remove head & feet.
3) Apply Emperor Herbs Chicken Spices onto the skin and inside the body.
4) Wrap chicken with HDPE wrapper followed by aluminium foil.
5) Steam for about 2 hours under slow fire and ready to serve.
