Boil - From Ambient
1. Heat 500ml (2 1/2 cup) water in pot. Add 1 1/2 tablespoon (40g) Adabi's Tom Yam Paste together with 150g chicken, meat or squid that is cut to small pieces. Stir and boil until tender.
2. Add 5 cloves (50g) of cauliflower and boil until cooked in approximately 5 minutes.
3. Ready to serve.
Note: To cook Tom Yam Prawn, use boiled prawns and drain separately as the prawn stock can affect the Tom Yam taste.
