Preparation
1 packet 'Kau' Herbal Mix
1kg meat (chicken, mutton or others) cut to preferred size
1500ml (6 rice bowls) water
3 whole garlic
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
Salt according to taste
Cooking Method
1 Place 2 filter bags (do not open bags) and garlic into boiling water for 30 minutes.
2 Add meat, cover and simmer over medium flame for 1.5 hours.
3 Add soya sauce, oyster sauce and salt to taste.
Serves 4-6 persons
