Preparation
1 pack of Pepper Spice Soup Mix
500g of meat (chicken, beef or others) cut to preferred size
1500ml (6 rice bowls) water
1 bulb garlic

Cooking Method
1 Place 2 filter bags (do not open bags) and garlic into a pot of boiling water
2 Add meat of choice.
3 Cover and simmer over medium flame for 45 minutes.

Serves 4-6 persons
