Quick & Easy Stir-fry.
Chicken & Vegetable Stir-fry. (serves 4)
400g chicken thigh fillets
1/4 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1 onion, cut into wedges
200g broccoli, chopped
1 red capsicum, thinly sliced
Marinate chicken in Kikkoman Soy Sauce for 30 minutes.
Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a wok.
Remove chicken from marinade and place in a wok with vegetables.
Stir-fry for 8 minutes.
Serve with rice or noodles.
