Preparation and Usage
Cooking Method:
1. Clean the whole chicken (approx. 102Kg) without head and feet. Open Masfood Emperor Herbs Spices (small packet herbs spices), coat the spices to the skin and belly of the chicken.
2. Add in 2 spoons of light soy sauce and 2 spoons of oyster sauce.
3. Wrap the chicken with paper foil followed by aluminium foil. Steam it in microwave oven or steamer about 2 hour. Serve with it hot.
