Preparation and Usage
Preparation:
1 packet Masfood Spices for Cooking Ichiban Klang ”Meat Bone Tea” Soup.
1.5 kg meats/ribs/trotters (cut in preferred size).
4 whole garlic.
2000 ml water.
1 tbsp of thick soy sauce.
2 tbsp of soy sauce.
1 tbsp of an oyster sauce.

Cooking Method:
1) Cook 2000 ml (8 cups) water until boiling. Add Masfood Spices for Cooking Ichiban Klang Meat Bone Tea Soup, garlic and meats/ribs/trotters.
2) Boil the water again. Then use low fire, cover and simmer for 2 hours. 1/3 of water are maintain and ribs/trotters cooked until soft (The meat is so tender, it separates easily from the bone).
3) Add in thick soy sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce and cook for 3 minutes. Remove the filter bag and serve hot.
