Preparation
1 packet Mo Sang Kor herbs & spices mixed
1.5kg meat, cut into preferred size
2850ml (8 bowls) water
5 pieces garlic, 5 pieces mushroom
3 teaspoons thick soy sauce
3 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons salt (must put in together to cook for 1 hour)

Cooking Method
1 In a large pot, pour 2850ml water to boil.
2 Add in filter bag, all herbs and prepared ingredients into the boiling water.
3 Bring to boil again and then boil at mid fire for 1 hour. Remove filter bag and serve hot.
  
Storage
Keep in dry and cool place.
