Preparation :
1 kg of chicken / meat, 2 sachets Herbs and Spices, 1 sachet Sauce, 1 1/2 liter (1500ml) water (6 rice bowl), 2-3 whole garlic.
Cooking Instructions :
1 Put 1500ml water (6 rice bowl), 2-3 whole garlic and 2 sachets Herbs and Spices (do not cut open) to boil.
2 Add in 1kg chicken / meat, simmer over low heat until cooked (approximate one hour).
3 Add in 1 sachet Sauce (whole pack) and simmer for 10 minutes. Ready to serve.
Serving Size : 4 - 6 pax
Total time of cooking : 1.10 - 1.30 hour
