Preparation and Usage
Method: After boiling 2 litres of water, add in Yew Chian Haw Herba Sup Daging ingredients and bring to boil. Then add in 3 bits of garlic with skin and 500gm of meat. Reduce the heat and simmer until the meat is tender. Add a little white wine and salt to increase the deliciousness of the soup.
