Preparation and Usage
Method:
1. After boiling water, add in ”Yew Chian Haw Chicken Soup” ingredients and bring to boil.
2. Then add in garlic and chicken. Reduce the heat and simmer until the meat is tender.
3. Add a little white wine and salt to increase the deliciousness of the soup.
Preparation:
1 whole chicken, 8 bowls of water (or 2 liters), 2 whole garlic with skin
Serves 3-4 person.
