Preparation and Usage
Main meat choice: Chicken / Meat / Fish and Shrimp; Vegetarians can use Soya Beans or Vegetarian Meat (1kg)
Side dishes: Mushrooms, Cabbage, Tofu Skin, Enoki Mushroom, etc
Cooking method:
1. Stir-fry all ingredients which includes the tea bag, ”YCH Healthy Spicy Pot” with 1/4 cup of heated oil for 1 minute. (You may skip this step according to your preference) Or pour all ingredients into a large pot. (Do not cut open the tea bag).
2. Add in prepared meat and side dishes. Add 3 liters water.
3. When boiled, turn the heat to medium and simmer for 30 minutes. Add in the seasoning bag. Add a 1 tablespoon chilli bean sauce to increase the deliciousness of the soup.
Serves 4-6 person.
