Preparation:
1 packet of ”Yew Chian Haw” Ling Chi Ching Pu Soup
1 packet of seasoning
2000ml (or 8 rice bowls) water
500gm chicken (or any kind of meat)
1 teaspoon of salt
Cooking Instruction :
1 Open packet of ”Yew Chian Haw” Ling Chi Ching Pu Soup, pour the herbs and seasoning packet into a pot.
2 Add water to boil, add chicken or any meat simmer until meat tender.
3 Switch off fire, add some salt and ready to serve.
