Method
Boil 2000ml (or 8 rice bowls) water, add in Yew Chian Haw ”Lok Mei Cheng Poh Leong” ingredients and bring to boil. Then add in 500gm of Chicken or any kind of meat to simmer until meat tender. Add salt to taste.
