Method:
Boil 2000ml (or 8 rice bowls) water, add Yew Chian Haw 'Sip Chuan Tai Pu Soup' ingredients together with 500gm of duck, mutton or chicken, reduce the heat and simmer until the meat is tender. Add salt to taste.
