Method: Boil 2000ml (or 8 rice bowls) water, add in Yew Chian Haw 'Herba Sup Daging Sayuran' ingredients and bring to boil. Than add vegetarian meat, mushroom or any other type of vegetarian food to simmer, put few ginger slice will enhance flavour, then add salt to taste.
