Preparation and Storage

Recipes
Traditional Air Asam Sauce (for 2 Servings)
Ingredients:
1 Cup (50ml) Water
1 Teaspoon (15g) Adabi Xtra Tamarind Paste
5 Pcs Birds Eye Chilli (sliced rough)
1/2 Pc Onion (cut into cubes)
1/2 Pc Tomato (cut into cubes)
1 Pc Calamansi (juice only)
Salt and sugar into taste.

1. Dissolved Adabi Xtra Tamarind Paste with water.
2. Include lime juices together with sugar and salt to taste.
3. Add in tomato, onions and birds eye chilli into the mixture. Serve it together with grilled fish.
 
Preparation and Usage
Cooking Method:
Grilled Fish
Ingredients:
1 Packet (70g) Adabi Grilled Fish Paste
2 pcs Mackarel (Large Size)
A few pieces of Banana Leaf wiped and cleaned.

1. Clean and wash the fish well. Marinate the fish between 5-8 minutes with Adabi Grilled Fish Paste.
2. Wrap each fish with banana leaf. Heat griller pan with a little cooking oil and grill the fish on both sides.
3. Once cooked, serve with 'Air Asam'.
