Coriander Chicken
(Serves 2)
A Ingredients
1/4 chicken (cut into medium pieces) - 250g
3 tsp Baba Coriander Powder - 9g
2 tsp blended garlic and ginger - 15g
1/4 tsp Baba Turmeric Powder - 0.5g
1 cup yogurt - 150g
1 tsp salt - 5g
B Ingredients
8 tbsp cooking oil - 40ml
1 tsp coriander seeds - 2g
2 onion (medium - finely sliced) - 80g
1 stalk curry leaves - 1g
1 tomato (small - finely chopped) - 50g
1 tsp Baba Chilli Powder - 3g
3 tsp Baba Coriander Powder - 9g
C Ingredients
3 green chillies (sliced) - 30g
Small bunch coriander leaves (chopped) - 15g
1 tsp Baba Garam Masala Mix - 3g
1 tsp lime juice
Cooking Method
1 Marinate the chicken with ingredient A for 30 minutes.
2 Sauté ingredients B in hot oil in the sequence listed (3 min).
3 Add marinated chicken, cover and cook on low flame till done (15 min).
4 Add in ingredient C and mix well (2 min).
