Recipes

Angel Hair with Sausage
Sauté 2 cloves crushed garlic, 1 sliced onion and 2 chopped sausages of choice. Add 400g canned tomatoes (pureed), 1 sliced capsicum, 1/4 cup water, 1 Tsp salt and 2 Tbsp sugar. Mix well, simmer 10 minutes. Add cooked and drained pasta, and stir through. Serves 4

Preparation and Usage

Add pasta and 1 Tbsp. salt to 5 litres of boiling water, cook for 2 minutes or to taste.

Storage

Store in a cool dry place.
