Recipe of Ribs Soup
1 packet of Adabi Rib Soup Spices
1kg beef ribs
3 cloves of garlic (crushed)
5 cloves of onions (crushed)
1/2 inch ginger (pounded)
4 pieces potatoes
10 cups of water
Salt to taste
Cooking oil
Local celery and fried onions for garnishing
Cooking Instruction
1. Boil 1kg beef ribs with 10 cups of water until tender.
2. Heat the cooking oil. Sautee the garlic, onions, ginger and added spices (provided in Adabi Rib Soup Spices packet) until fragrant.
3. Add in the beef ribs together with the stock, potatoes and Adabi Rib Soup Spices. Let boil at medium heat for 1/2 hour or until the potatoes become tendered.
4. Add salt to taste.
5. Dish out and garnish with local celery and fried onions.
