Fish Curry - (Serves 5)
A Ingredients
1/2 cup cooking oil - 150ml
1 1/2 tsp cumin seeds - 4g
1 1/2 tsp fennel seeds - 4g
1/2 tsp fenugreek - 2g
1 onion (sliced) - 50g
10 cloves garlic (sliced) - 50g
4 tomato - 200g
2 stalk curry leaves - 3g
6 okra - 100g
B Ingredients
7 tbsp Baba Fish Curry Powder - 75g
2 cup water - 500ml
80g tamarind pulp in water - 400ml
1 tbsp salt - 18g
5 slices fish - 500g
Cooking Method
1 Sauté ingredients A in hot oil in the sequence listed (5min).
2 Add Baba Fish Curry Powder and little water, saute'till oil separates.
3 Add water, tamarind juice, salt and cook (10min).
4 Reduce the flame; add fish and cook till done (5min).
