Chicken Curry - (Serves 5)
A Ingredients
1 cup cooking oil - 300ml
1 cinnamon - 4g
2 star anise - 2g
8 clove - 1g
5 cardamom - 1g
1/2 tsp cumin seeds - 1g
1/2 tsp fennel seeds - 1g
1 onion (sliced) - 50g
2 stalk curry leaves - 3g
10 cloves garlic (blended) - 50g
5cm ginger (blended) - 50g

B Ingredients
1/2 chicken - 500g
2 potato - 250g
2 tomato - 100g

C Ingredients
7 tbsp Baba Hot & Spicy Meat Curry Powder - 75g
1 tbsp salt - 18g
4 cup water - 900ml
14 pcs cashew nuts (blended with 200ml water) - 20g

Cooking Method
1 Sauté ingredients A in hot oil in the sequence listed (3min).
2 Add ingredients B, cook with lid on (3mins).
3 Add in ingredients C, cook with lid on (15min).
4 Add in cashew nut paste, lower the flame and cook till done (3min).
