Creamy Veal with Pasta Spirals
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil, 20g butter and 1 crushed clove garlic in a pan. Add 6 small veal steaks and cook on both sides. Remove from pan, slice thinly and keep warm, reserving oil mixture in pan.
Cook pasta according to packet directions and drain. Re-heat oil mixture in pan, add 1 chopped onion, and cook until soft.
Add 1 beef stock cube and 125mL water, bring to boil and simmer uncovered until reduced by half. Add 30mL cream, 6 green shallots, chopped and 100g grated pecorino cheese, stir until cheese has melted. Toss sauce through the pasta and serve. Serves 6

Preparation and Usage
Add pasta and 1 tbsp. of salt to 5 litres of boiling water, cook for 6 minutes or to taste.
Storage
Store in a cool dry place.
