Preparation and Usage
You will need:
100g (1/2 cup) butter
1 egg, baking sheet
Preparation method:
1 Heat oven to 190°C. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl until soft dough forms.
2 Drop dough 27-30g by rounded teaspoonful's 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
3 Bake for 8-10 minutes until brown. Cool 5 minutes before removing from sheet and then cool completely.
