Preparation and Usage
You will need:
190ml (3/4 cup) water
65ml (1/3 cup) vegetable oil
3 eggs, 23cm round pan
Preparation method:
1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease the pan with oil.
2 Mix all ingredients together in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes or 3 minutes by hand. Pour into pan.
3 Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool the cake for 10 minutes in pan and serve.
