1 Clean poultry or meat and drain excess water. Coat poultry or meat with whipped egg, set aside for 15 minutes.
2 Preheat cooking oil to 180°C in a wok.
3 Then coat poultry or meat with Kentucky Flour and fry until golden brown.
Tip
Oil is ready to use when bubbles appear immediately surrounding a drop of batter in the preheated oil.
