Try: Real Prawn Tempura
Remove the prawn shell, keep the tail part intact. Make tiny slits on the inside the prawn (these are the ”release cuts” that will keep the shrimp elongated during the cooking process), and fry according to instruction.
  
Preparation and Usage
You need
150ml Iced Water

Preparation Instruction
1 Preheat cooking oil to 180°C in a wok.
2 Place Tempura Flour in a bowl. Add in iced water stir until well combined.
3 Coat food with the batter and fry until golden brown.

Tip
Oil is ready to use when bubbles appear immediately surrounding a drop of batter in the preheated oil.

Keep in cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
