Preparation and Usage
You will need:
251gm of pancake mix
290 ml (1 1/4 cup) milk/ water
Preparation method:
1 Mix all ingredients together until uniformly mixed.
2 Heat the pan on medium heat and lightly grease with oil. Pour approximately 45ml (1/4th cup) of batter on hot pan.
3 Cook till bubbles break on top and edges begin to dry. Turn the pancake and cook the other side for 1 minute or till golden brown.
