Preparation and Usage
You will need:
75ml (1/3 cup) water
30ml (2 tablespoon) vegetable oil
1 egg, square pan 23 x 23 x 5 cm
Preparation method:
1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease the pan with oil.
2 Mix all ingredients together in medium bowl until well blended. (Mixture may be lumpy. Do not use electric mixer).
3 Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool the brownie for 10 minutes in pan and serve.
