Preparation and Storage

Custard Corn Cake
Method
1 Mix 150g of Star Brand Custard Powder, 300ml coconut milk, 160g sugar and 700ml water.
Stir until smooth then strain.
2 Continue stirring vigorously with medium heat until shiny (around 15 minutes).
3 Add a can of Five Star Brand Cream Style Sweet Corn and stir for a while.
4 Leave to cool and serve.
  
Storage
Keep in cool and dry place.
Refrigerate after opening.
