Preparation:
1 Soak 1 bag of agar-agar strips in a pan with 5 L water. Then bring it to boil and cook till completely dissolved.
2 Add desired amount of sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
3 Pour agar-agar into mould.
4 Leave it to cool and set.
