Preparation and Storage

Recipes
You need
100g Dr. Oetker Nona Breadcrumbs
50g Dr. Oetker Nona Plain Flour
1 Egg (whisked)
2 pieces Frozen Dory Fillets (thawed)
30ml Lemon Juice/ Calamansi Juice
A pinch of salt & pepper

Breaded Fish Fillet
1 Marinate the fillets in lemon/ calamansi juice, salt and pepper.
Heat up the oil in frying pan on medium flame.
2 Coat the fillets in this order: flour first, egg second, then breadcrumbs.
3 Fry the breaded fillets until golden brown. Best serve hot with fries and tartar sauce.

Try: Breaded Chicken Strips
Replace fish fillets with sliced chicken breast. Follow step 2 - 3 for a perfect finger food.
