Preparation and Storage

Banana Cake
Ingredient A (sieved)
250g Dr. Oetker Nona Cake Flour
1 teaspoon Dr. Oetker Nona Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Dr. Oetker Nona Baking Soda

Ingredient B
4 - 5 Bananas (Pisang Berangan/Emas), mashed
200g Castor Sugar
4 Eggs
250ml Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon Dr. Oetker Nona Vanilla Essence
1 teaspoon Dr. Oetker Nona Banana Flavour

Preparation method:
1. Preheat oven to 170°C.
2. Place sugar, eggs and oil in a mixing bowl. Mix at high speed for 3 - 5 minutes or until batter turns white.
3. Add in bananas and mix well.
4. Fold in ingredient A gradually while stirring. Then, add in vanilla essence and banana flavour, stir well.
5. Pour batter into a 22cm x 15cm baking pan. Bake at 170° C for 55 - 60 minutes.
Keep in cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
