Cooking Guidelines
Boil - From Ambient
Double-Boil
Place chocolate in a bowl over a pot of boiling water. Stir until melted.
Microwave - From Ambient
(800W)
Place chocolate in a heat-safe bowl. Microwave on medium for 1.5 minutes. Bring out and stir until chocolate melted.

Chocolate Marshmallow Cubes
Ingredients
200g Small Marshmallows
60g Chopped Walnuts (roasted)
200g Dr. Oetker Nona Cooking Chocolate

Preparation method
1. Melt cooking chocolate by double boiling or microwave oven. Set aside to cool (until warm).
2. Place marshmallow & walnuts in a mixing bowl, pour in warm melted cooking chocolate. Mix well.
3. Evenly spread out the mixture in a square pan. Set aside to cool.
4. Remove from pan when chocolate set. Cut into bite- size cubes.
  
Storage
Keep in cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
