Preparation Instruction
You need
5 Eggs
1 Clean poultry or meat and drain excess water.
Coat poultry or meat with whipped egg, set aside for 15 minutes.
2 Preheat cooking oil to 180°C in a wok.
3 Then coat poultry or meat with Kentucky flour and fry until golden brown.

Tip
Oil is ready to use when bubbles appear immediately surrounding a drop of batter in the preheated oil.

Try: Crispy Chicken Pops
Cut chicken breast into 1.5cm cubes. Coat chicken cubes with whipped egg, set aside for 15 minutes. Then coat chicken with Kentucky Flour and fry until golden brown.
  
Storage
Keep in cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
