Preparation and Storage

Try: Snow Emerald Cubes
Mash cake with 100ml evaporated milk, shape the dough into cubes, dip the cubes into melted Dr. Oetker Nona White Cooking Chocolate and coat with desiccated coconut. Velvety rich!
Preparation and Usage
You Need
150ml Vegetable Oil
100ml Water
3 Eggs

Preparation Instruction
1 Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C.
Steam: Bring water to boil in a steamer.
2 Place Dr. Oetker Nona Moist Cake Mix, water and eggs in a mixing bowl. Mix at high speed for 3 minutes.
3 Add in vegetable oil and mix at low speed for 1 minute or until batter is light and fluffy. Pour batter in a greased 20 cm round baking pan.
4 Bake: Bake at 180°C for 55 minutes.
Steam: Steam for 55 minutes.

Cake is ready when it pulls away from the side of the tray and when a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Keep in cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
