Cooking Guidelines
Boil - From Ambient
Double-Boil
Place chocolate in a bowl over a pot of boiling water. Stir until melted.
Microwave - From Ambient
Place chocolate in a heat-safe bowl. Microwave on medium for 2 minutes. Bring out and stir until chocolate melted.

Ingredients
1 Whole Sponge Cake
2 Oranges (Juiced)
200g Dr. Oetker Nona
White Cooking Chocolate
Desiccated Coconut

Preparation method
1. Mash sponge cake in a large mixing bowl. Fold in orange juice, ensure the dough is moist enough to make cake balls.
2. Roll the dough into balls according to your favourite size, keep them in the freezer for 30 minutes.
3. Melt white cooking chocolate by double boiling or with microwave oven.
4. Dip cake balls into melted chocolate and coat with desiccated coconut.

Keep in cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
