You need
5 Eggs

1 Clean poultry or meat and drain excess water.
Coat poultry or meat with whipped egg, set aside for 15 minutes.
2 Preheat cooking oil to 180°C in a wok.
3 Then coat poultry or meat with Kentucky flour and fry until golden brown.

Oil is ready to use when bubbles appear immediately surrounding a drop of batter in the preheated oil.

Try: Zesty Lemon Chicken
Bring all these ingredients to boil: 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons sugar, 5 tablespoons water, 1 teaspoon cornstarch and pinch of salt. Coat fried chicken with the lemon sauce.
Keep in cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
